Delivery and collection
We offer a local toy library service for families around the Mar Menor. We’ll arrange a convenient way for you to receive your toys, return them and collect your next selection.
Local delivery
Delivery is available in Los Alcázares and Los Narejos for an additional €5 per delivery and swap transaction. For other areas around the Mar Menor, delivery charges depend on the distance.

Prefer to collect your toys? You can collect and return your toys at our agreed collection point at The Garden Bar in Los Alcázares. We’ll arrange a convenient time with you.
Toy swaps
You can use one swap opportunity during each 30-day rental cycle. We’ll arrange a suitable time for your swap.

Deposits, returns and toy care
We want every family to enjoy their toys with peace of mind. Our €50 refundable security deposit helps protect the toy collection so we can continue sharing great toys with families across the Mar Menor.
Your €50 refundable deposit
A €50 refundable security deposit is required when you join. It helps protect our toy collection and allows us to continue sharing great toys with families across the Mar Menor.
When your membership ends, your deposit will be refunded once all borrowed toys have been returned and any outstanding charges have been settled.
Everyday play
Our toys are made to be played with, explored and enjoyed. We understand that children will leave their mark, and minor scratches, light cosmetic marks and normal wear and tear are expected.
We simply ask that toys are treated with reasonable care and returned in the same general condition as received, allowing for normal use.
Damage and loss
If a toy is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, returned with missing components that affect its use, or not returned, we will discuss the situation with you.
Where appropriate, a reasonable deduction may be made from your security deposit to cover the loss or damage.
If a toy is returned so dirty that it cannot reasonably be cleaned and prepared for the next family, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your deposit to cover the loss of the toy from our rental collection.
Please let us know if anything happens to a toy. We understand that accidents happen, and we’d always prefer you to tell us.

We ask you to return toys in a reasonably clean condition, with all their pieces and accessories. We’ll clean, inspect and prepare each toy before it goes to its next family.

We understand that accidents happen. Normal wear and tear is expected, and minor signs of everyday play won’t result in a charge.
If a toy is significantly damaged, isn’t returned, or is missing components that materially affect its use, a reasonable deduction may be made from your security deposit in accordance with our toy-care policy.

Yes. Your €50 security deposit is refundable when your membership ends and all borrowed toys have been returned, subject to any applicable deductions under our deposit policy
Need a little longer? Contact us before your return date. We may be able to agree to a grace period of up to seven days, depending on availability and our collection arrangements.
Need another month? Contact us to arrange an extension for a further 30 days, subject to availability and payment of the applicable rental fee.
What if my toys are returned late without an agreed extension? A late-return charge of €15 per additional seven-day period will apply to the overdue set of toys until they are returned or an extension is agreed.
